Ember Studio

Ember Studio occupies the ground floor of a converted 1920s warehouse in downtown Eugene. The brief called for a space that felt creative but not chaotic — a place where a team of thirty could work with focus.

The design uses industrial materials — polished concrete floors, blackened steel frames, exposed brick — as a neutral backdrop, with carefully considered natural light from clerestory windows that prevents the hard surfaces from feeling cold.
